Hill Street House

MM acquired derelict buildings in Dublin's north inner city and successfully achieved planning for a 7-storey co-living development, Hill Street House, providing 150 new living units. The high-quality building delivers a unique residential experience, including amenities such as a gym, co-working zones, cinema, external courtyards and roof terrace.

Lyf Fumbally Lane Hotel

MM acquired a derelict national monument site in the Liberties, Dublin 8, and successfully achieved planning for a complex hospitality scheme featuring 235 fully fitted guest rooms, along with dynamic and modern amenity spaces including a contemporary bar, exercise and meeting facilities, and co-working spaces. Construction is currently underway, with the vibrant new addition to Dublin's hospitality scene now agreed for long-term lease with The Ascott, under their brand Lyf.

Beech Park House

MM acquired a convent site at Beechpark and successfully achieved planning for 26 new homes, transforming the underutilised site into a modern residential experience. The completed scheme was subsequently disposed of to an Approved Housing Body for use as social and affordable housing.
